Tell us about your favorite trends for Fall/Winter ’18.

"We’re seeing novelty dominate this Fall’s trends, from bold jewel tones, to eclectic menswear plaids, to multicolor animal prints. Western is back in a big way, and we’re obsessed with all things ‘80s."

Which new brands are you loving?

"We are always launching new designers on Shopbop — some of my favorite brands this season are Koche (the color, the print, the surprise elements in the clothing), Susan Alexandra (a handbag that everyone must own), Chloe Gosselin (beautifully constructed shoes), and Simon Miller (the vibrant colors and the cool girl factor make me want it all)."

What sets Shopbop apart from other luxury fashion retailers?

"What really differentiates us is our unique take on fashion, with a warm, relatable and authentic approach that creates an emotional connection for our customers. We pride ourselves on being our customer’s destination for both style and discovery. We offer women all over the world a selection of both established and emerging talented designers — her perfect wardrobe starts and ends with us."

How has fashion evolved since you started out in the industry?

"Having been in the industry for over 18 years, I’ve seen it change quite a bit. The best part of being in fashion is watching trends constantly being recycled into something fresh and new."

If we had just 24 hours in New York City, where should we go?

"I live in Downtown Manhattan, so I rarely venture very far Uptown (with two kids!). There are so many delicious restaurants to try and places to see in my neighborhood alone.

"I would start my day at the Oculus in the World Trade Center and then venture to Chinatown for Dim Sum at my favorite place — Dim Sum Go Go. From there, I would head to the Whitney Museum in the Meatpacking District and stop by The Pint Shop by the Museum of Ice Cream for a taste of pure joy. I would end my night with dinner at Tetsu in Tribeca — the best Japanese food around."

If you had to pick one shoe from Chloe Gosselin's Fall/Winter collection, which would it be?

"My favorite shoe from the collection is the Maud in white. The white gives the shoe an ‘80s charm that I am obsessed with. You can wear them with denim or a minidress and the pointed toe with ruched detail is everything."
